🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Fiber).
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and resolve service issues.
• Configure routers, switches, and other telecom equipment.
• Perform routine network maintenance and system upgrades.
• Coordinate with the field team for on-site resolutions.
• Prepare daily network health and performance reports.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or IT.
• 1–3 years of experience in ISP or network support roles.
• Strong knowledge of routers, modems, and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with Mikrotik, Cisco, or similar network devices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
